Dear fellow Leos, Lions and friends,
As the Leo President of Leo Club of Penang (City), I am honoured to introduce you our Past President, Leo Ch'ng Kok Sheng who will be standing for the election in the coming MD 308 Leo Forum to be your District 308 B2 Leo President in the coming fiscal year.
Allow me to use my personal story to introduce my friend:
I first knew him when i was a Leo in Chung Ling High School. I am just a like plain paper and know nothing about Leos and basically Chung Ling Leo Club is only a club which is not significant and weak in the school. The first project he had guided me into the world of Leo Clubs was a Team Building Camp, and subsequently he was my Omega Mentor while I served as the President in Chung Ling Leo Club on 2004-2005. He never says never or never says no when I asked for help and opinions. He is always there to support me even until today. Without him, I think I will not be able to bring up Chung Ling Leos to the district level and without him, I will not be achieving the Top Alpha Leo President in that fiscal year.
I have know him for more about 8 years and he has grown up a lot, not in term of physical looking, but in terms of characteristics and leadership skills. He is a honest and frank buddy, who treat his followers as his good friends. A leader gives you hope and inspire you to be greater than him. He inspires me and that is the main reason why I have been active in Leos for so many years. He guides me, helps me and teach me patiently.
He is competent and very much experienced in the Leo Organization. Following are the summaries of his service in the Leo organization in the past 13 years:

He has many times involved in the MD 308 Leo Forum Organizing Committee (FOCC):

He is one of the founder members of the District 308 B2 Leo Cabinet and serve as the 1st District Vice President from 2009 till now.

2003 - 2004: CLD Leo Proficiency Award (He is one of the first Leo in the District 308 B2 who won this award under the CLD Program, together with Leo Irene Lim from Penang Light. This award was presented during the Leo Forum in Shah Alam on 2004)
2004 - 2005: TOP Omega Leo President Award and TOP Omega Leo Club Award
2004 - 2005: 100% Club Leo President Award
2004 - 2005: DG's Appreciation Award (by PDG Philip Ooi)
2005 - 2006: DG's Appreciation Award (by PDG Woon Fong Piew)

I have been walking side by side with this inspiring leader for many years, and I strongly believe that he will be able to make a difference not only to the District Leo Clubs, but also to every single Leo members in the District. I would not say he is a very perfect leader. But he is definitely a hardworking leader who is learning about leadership everyday, inspiring to be a better leader every morning he wakes up. The members of the Penang (City) Leo Club strongly support his candidature as the incoming District Leo President and I would sincerely like to call upon all my fellow friends - YOU to give your support by voting him as the District President in the coming fiscal year.
The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire, and he is the powerful weapon which I believe could make a difference in the District 308B2, and brings our District Leo Clubs to a new horizon and milestones.
