Malaysian Leo 40 years Making a Difference, M.A.D. Celebration was carried out successfuly in Region 1 in both days: 28th & 29th August 2010. The clubs that invovled in this mega scale eco project in penang island were Leo Club of PCGHS, Tanjung Penang, Georgetown Central, George Town Mutiara, Penang (City) with the support from fellow leo clubs: Union High School, Chung Hwa Confucian High School, Georgetown City, Chung Ling High School and SMJK Convent Dato Keramat. There are different kind of Eco based projects carried out in thiese two days by the above mentioned Leo Clubs such as Cleaning up the public compound, chairty organization, collecting recycled items, tree planting, Recyceld Items Design Competition.
