The event will be held as following:-
Date : 25th April 2010 (Sunday)
Time : 1pm – 6pm
Venue : Komtar Walk ( Komtar, Penang)
Entrance Fees : RM 2 (per ticket)
Registration Fees : RM 40 ( 4 person per team)

Wonderful prizes are stated as below:
Champion – RM 250
1st Runner Up – RM 150
2nd Runner Up – RM 100

Registration Fees
RM40 per team of four participants.
Fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

Cooking Competition Rules
1.Each team should consists of 4 people including Lion or/and Leo member(s). Teams can be formed from various clubs.
2.Contestants must bring their own accessories such as Pot, Pan, can opener, plate, bowl, spoon, fork, cup, etc.
3.Contestants must bring their own cooking materials and ingredients (except pork).
4.Contestants should keep the place clean
5.Contestants are gives 3 hours to complete and prepare 5 dishes.
6.The required 5 dishes of local foods are :
•Dessert and Drink

7.The required serving size for each dish is 5 -person servings, on a presentation plate and servers to 5 judges.
8.Decoration and carving are part of the judging criteria.
9.Contestants are required to create a menu, food tag and also some decoration to the food.
10.Ingredients cost should not more than RM50.
11.All ingredients which will be used during the competition for self-selected dishes will be examined by the Competition examiners appointed by the Judges prior to the competition.
12.If the contestants do not finish all the work within the competition time, they will receive scores only for the dishes actually completed. Incomplete dishes will not be judged or scored. No extra-time is given
13.No advance preparation or cooking is allowed.
14.The Organizing Parties will provide a stove, gas and table.
15.The Organizing Parties will not responsible for the loss and injury during the competition.
16.Contestants have to briefly present their dishes to the judges.
17.Contestants can bring 1 more their own portable stove.

Judging Criteria
70% from Judges,30% of voting by audience.
1. Taste of the food (main)
2 Presentation
3. Teamwork showed during the competition- distribution of work, time management etc
4. Decoration
